Shop Terms

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

daddyfitness.co.uk aims to provide the highest quality garments to our customers. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange (see below exclusions). Refunds will only be made once we receive the returned goods in the original condition. Items must be returned to the address stated on the invoice and should arrive back to us within 14 days from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not liable to refund postage costs. Please ensure postage is paid for these returned items. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in the post.

All personalised items – cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the garment/item or the personalisation element is incorrect as per your order.
